UCF football kick off spring practice
The Scott Frost era is officially underway at UCF, as the Knights began their spring football sessions Tuesday.
Frost is bringing a fast paced style of offense to Orlando, something that will surely take some adjusting, but has brought an excitement amongst the players, and fans alike.
“I thought it went well. The best thing is our guys are buying in and they’re working really hard,” Frost said. “We’re introducing them to something they haven’t been a part of before with the tempo and the pace of practice. Inevitably there’s going to be a lot of mistakes on the first day but I loved the enthusiasm and the work ethic.”
The Knights will spend the next month improving over the allotted 13 practice sessions, before the spring culminates with the annual spring game. This years game will take place April 16 at 7 p.m. from Bright House Networks Stadium,
