For the second-straight year, the UCF Knights will have at least two former players drafted into the NFL.

The Indianapolis Colts selected defensive back Clayton Geathers with the 10th pick in the fourth round on Saturday, making him the second Knights player drafted this weekend after wide receiver Breshad Perriman was selected with the 26th pick by the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night.

The 6-foot-2, 208-pound safety recorded 383 tackles while intercepting three passes and forcing five fumbles during his career at UCF. He was named to the All-American Athletic Conference First Team following his senior year after posting 97 tackles and one interception on the season.

His 383 tackles are third-most all-time at UCF.

Geathers joins a Colts team that has made the playoffs in three consectuive seasons and is coming off of a 45-7 loss to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game.

Geathers is the first defensive player from UCF to be drafted since former defensive back Kemal Ishmael was taken by the Atlanta Falcons in the seventh round of the 2013 draft.
