This Thursday Panda Express will be featured in the East Campus Cafe from 10:30 a.m to 3 p.m. Students will be able to purchase select menu items at a discounted price.

“I am looking to expand dining options and concepts. This is part of a larger initiative to bring well-known brands to campus,” states Jeffrey Filko, Director of Auxiliary Services.

As of right now, Panda Express is the only restaurant that is being tested and it is likely to go through a few more trial runs in the future before any final decisions are made.   If the Panda Express experiment is successful, Valencia will consider offering the Asian cuisine as an option in the years to come.
