Reporter Divontae Williams’ club spotlight for Chess Club on Winter Park campus. The group brings community facilitators for tournament-style gaming as well as a chance to meet and be part of a community. Williams’ spoke with Chess Club’s Advisor Fernando Gutierrez on lesson, lectures and tournaments. Kyle Duncan, Tournament Director, shared his involvement in helping club tournaments, the benefits of class projectors, as well as how welcoming staff and security are in helping this club succeed.
