Joe Rogan is probably best known as the host of NBC’s gross-out reality show Fear Factor, and color commentator for the UFC.

Most people still remember Joe Rogan as “The Fear Factor Guy” screaming “you can do it,” at hopeful game show winners competing while neck-deep in a pit of rattlesnakes, on the popular NBC reality show “Fear Factor” — which he hosted — or as the color commentator for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
What most people don’t know, is that Rogan has been doing stand-up comedy for over 20 years, and he is, without question, hilarious.

He’s starred in and released three hour-long specials: “Joe Rogan: Live From The Tabernacle,” “Talking Monkeys In Space,” and “Joe Rogan Live”; and has also released two albums — “Shiny Happy Jihad” and“I’m Gonna Be Dead Someday.”

Rogan will be heading to Orlando, to perform at the Hard Rock Live, April 18. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now for this nearly sold-out show.

Along with commentating for the UFC, Rogan also hosts his own podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience.” This is a long for video podcast that usually runs upwards of three-hours. The podcast won the 2013 “Stitcher Award” for “Best Overall Show.”

Rogan got his start as in actor in the Fox comedy “Hardball” and went on to co-star in “NewsRadio,” where he played Joe Garrelli, the electrician at a news radio station in New York City. He also appeared in “Zookeeper.”

Since the age of 13, Rogan has had a passion mixed martial arts. He currently provides color commentary for the UFC; and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and Eddie Bravo’s 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu.

Rogan now resides in Los Angeles and regularly performs stand-up comedy locally and internationally.
