Lil Boosie tour set to land in Orlando

Lil Boosie stated that he wrote more than 1,000 songs while he was locked away in prison.

Lil Boosie has only been out of jail for a few weeks, and is already hitting the road to perform shows in multiple cities.

While there have been reports that someone has been pretending to be Lil Boosie’s manager on different social media accounts — setting up fake shows and scamming promoters out of $25,000 — an Atlantic Records representative confirmed that the artist will be coming to Orlando.

LIl Boosie, whose real name is Torrence Hatch, was sentenced to prison in 2009 following a guilty plea for possession of marijuana. After serving four years and four months in Louisiana,  the rapper was set to be behind bars for another four years however was released on March 5, and will be on parole until 2018.

Lill Boosie will be performing live at Roxy Night Club on Saturday, April 5. Prior to the concert, Ricky Padilla and G-Money will be hosting a car show and block party at the Roxy Fair Ground Lot — directly behind Roxy Night Club. The gates to the car show and block party open up at 4 p.m., and will remain open until 10 p.m. All guest must be at least 18 years of age.

General admission tickets are $60; VIP tickets are $100. Tickets may be purchased from Roxy’s website.
