Orlando is set to welcome “The Man of the Year, “ Schoolboy Q, at the Firestone Live in part of his “Oxymoron World Tour.”

Signed to Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE), an imprint under Interscope Records which also host Grammy-nominated artist Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q makes up one-fourth of hip-hop collective Black Hippy.

His major label debut album, “Oxymoron,” released two-weeks ago (Fed. 25) and debuted at the top of Billboard 200. The project features appearances from Lamar, 2 Chainz, Tyler the Creator and Jay Rock; all who will be making stops in Orlando within the next two months.

The “Oxymoron World Tour” comes to Firestone Live, Tuesday, March 18. Tickets: are $25 for general admission, and $100 for meet-and-greet tickets — one general admission ticket, early entry to venue and a meet-and-greet with Schoolboy Q — and may be purchased online via Ticketweb.com.

Doors open up at 7 p.m., with the show starting promptly at 8 p.m. This event is presented by Dope Ent.

Opening for Schoolboy Q as supporting acts to the tour will be fellow TDE artist Isaiah Rashad and California emcee Vince Staples.

Rashad was added to the TDE roster in Spring of 2013, and made his national television debut with the group at the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards in a rap cypher. His debut extended play “Cilvia Demo” was released in late January, and displays Rashad’s abilities to create introspective raps out his own coming-of-age story, with his southern slang.

Staples, who is currently on the ballot to potentially land a spot on the 2014 XXL Freshmen cover, originates from Long Beach, Calif. He is most popular for his collaborations with hip-hop collective Odd Future. His latest work “Stolen Youth” was released last year, and is entirely produced by rapper Mac Miller’s pseudonym — Larry Fisherman.
