A$AP Ferg was named “Rookie of the Year” at the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards but did not attend because he thought he would not win.

With his new album “Trap Lorde” in stores now and his groups debut collective project to be released at any time, A$AP Ferg and the A$AP MOB make their way to Firestone Live for the “TURNT X BURNT TOUR.”

The “TURNT X BURNT TOUR” launched in late October and has 28-stops, Orlando being on the back end.

His album “Trap Lorde” debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard 200 chart, and peaked at No. 2 on Billboard’s Rap Albums chart. The project featured singles “Shabba” and “Work (Remix)” which features other rap artist Schoolboy Q, Trinidad James, and group mate A$AP Rocky.

Ferg met Rocky in high school and the two has been friends ever since. They have combined to put out multiple  songs, including 2010 viral hits “Get High” and “Kissin’ Pink.” Ferg also featured on “Ghetto Symphony” — a song from Rocky’s chart-topping major label debut “LONG.LIVE.A$AP.”

Prior to music, Ferg was interested in pursuing a career in fashion, and states “they call me ‘Trap Lord’ because my hustle game is impeccable.”

“I went from painting to making clothes to rapping. I always put myself into everything I do one hundred percent. It doesn’t matter what I’m working on. I want to perfect everything I do. Success is the only option,” said Ferg in his website’s bio.

Ferg signed a sole record deal with Polo Grounds Music and RCA Records in January of this year, the same label that signed his collective A$AP Worldwide and A$AP Mob as an unit back in 2011.

Special guests for the “Turnt X Burnt Tour” include A$AP Mob, Joey Fatts, Aston Matthews, 100s and eccentric hip-hop collective OverDoz.

Tickets are available via Ticketweb starting at $20. For those interested in meeting with A$AP Ferg, those tickets start at $75. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the show starting at 6 p.m.
