Deray Davis (middle) plays gangster Domingo in 2012 American comedy ‘21 Jump Street”

Deray Davis will  be at the Orlando Improv for three nights of comedy starting this Friday.

Most recently a star in “21 Jump Street,” Davis has been doing stand-up for more than 10-years. Like most comics, his career began onstage in the clubs. But he’d been making people laugh long before that.

It didn’t take long for him to start making waves , winning the Comedy Central Laugh Riots competition and getting spots at both Montreal Just For Laughs Festival (comedy’s largest festival) and the Cedric the Entertainer Festival.

In 2002 Davis landed his first film-role as “Ray-Ray the Hustle Guy” in Tim Story’s “Barbershop.”  From there he went on to appear in a slew of other films. The man is a virtual workhorse with 37 acting credits to his name.

Davis is also active in the hip-hop world, being the man behind the comedy skits on Kanye West’s “Late Registration” and “The College Dropout” albums.

On Sept. 25 he was announced as the host of GSN’s new original game show “Mind Of A Man”.

Davis will be in town at the Improv starting Friday, Oct. 11 until Sunday, Oct. 13.

All guest must be 21 or order to enter. The showtimes are as followed:

Friday — 10:30 p.m.
Saturday — 7:30 p.m. & 10:14 p.m.
Sunday — 7:30 p.m.
