ORLANDO – J.J. Redick scored 22 points and had five assists as the Orlando Magic rid of their 12 game losing streak to defeat the Portland Trail Blazers 110-104 Sunday, Feb. 10 at the Amway Center.
The Magic (15-36) haven’t won a game since January 16 when they defeated the Indiana Pacers. Since then seven road, and five home losses were the outcome before tonight’s victory.
Sophomore All-Star Nikola Vucevic recorded another double-double having 17 points and 19 rebounds for the Magic, as for the Trail Blazers Lamarcus Aldridge had 25 points in the losing effort.
Orlando has fallen behind the Washington Wizards in the Southeast division standings as they are now in the fourth spot ahead of the last place Charlotte Bobcats.
The Magic play their next game Wednesday Feb. 13 at home against the Atlanta Hawks.
